Your data is yours
The Bosun is a data processor, not the owner. Operators own their bookings, customers and history, and can export everything at any time. We never sell your data.
What we collect
Operator account details, and the booking and guest information needed to take and manage reservations on your behalf. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.
Where it lives
Data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Australian operators' data is kept in line with Australian privacy expectations.
